The caffeine is for me. Herbal teas lack the life encouraging substance. Therefore, I have discovered very little use for herbal teas.

Coffee does not damage your health. In fact, many believe coffee has health benefits that make it more like herbal tea than many folks think.

What isn't good for you is caffeine in large quantities. Caffeine is harmless for most people if used in moderation, say 2 to 3 cups of coffee worth per day.

I do love coffee.

So there are people who are yet to come out of the belief that coffee is damaging for health, the simple truth is any beverage if taken in excess is bound to cause problems not coffee alone. As far as the herbal teas are concerned, I tried it and it does not have such a horrible taste as some people advocate. After all when it is the question of health then it pays to do some compromise.

I had made herbal tea many times because I love to drink herbal tea. I used ginger herbs or making herbal tea because its taste is very tasty and feels better.
