hey,
yeah those 2 links are good ones thx
ideally when i cook for my kids i ensure that i include a lot of green, leafy vegetables... also i prefer the buse of butter milk, coconut water etc
that keeps my child hydrated and coconut water has 10 times more potassium than the best available energy drink in the market.
hope this helps. |

I am always looking to make the dishes for kinds visually appealing. I let my creativity free and I use various shapes and models, and my kids are always so happy |

| email to a two-link is very good, just additional info that kids love sweet foods, and a funny shape, so it is better accompanied with an attractive design for kids |

I have searched this for you..
Apple and custard tarts--
ingredients--
250g (˝ x 500g packet) Sainsbury’s puff pastry
3 small or 2 large Bramley apples
396g tin Sainsbury’s Basics instant custard
3 rounded tsp golden caster sugar
Method--
Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas 6.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof and baking paper or rub all over lightly with a little butter.
Roll out the pastry then use a saucer about 18cm in diameter (it doesn’t have to be exact!) as a guide for you to cut out three circles of pastry, then re-roll and cut out three more circles.
Score a smaller circle about 1cm from the edge of the pastry circle to help the outside to rise and the inside to stay flat.
Peel the apples, core and finely slice. Spread a little (about 1 dsp) custard over the middle of each pastry circle and then top with the apple slices in a circle – cram them in tightly. Sprinkle the sugar over the top.
Bake for 15 mins – look at the tarts halfway through and, if the apples are turning brown, lower the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas 4.
Heat the remaining custard in a pan and serve with the tarts. |
