(Michael, feel free to change the title if you wish. I'm gay and my cousin came up with the name and I think it's funny as heck.)

Making really good hash browns is laborious, time consuming process, yet I need my fix of quick carbs on occasion. I came up with this yesterday and I must say, it came out really well. Further refinements or suggestions are welcome.

Take a big can of hominy and drain it.
Sprinkle over it it a bowl 2 TBS corn meal and 1 heaping TBS flour.
Salt and pepper
½ small onion, chopped finely

Cuisinart the heck out of it. Should almost (but not completely) form a dough-like ball -- add water or flour as needed.

Form into patties and fry in bacon grease over a med-hot flame.
