When I was in Portland, OR, I had a dazzling martini made with Beefeater's gin, cucumber (juice) mint ( real mint leaves) a little cane sugar...and I think that's all. Does anyone know how to make this incredible cocktail? It was a lovely palest of green color, though pretty clear, and very delicious. This was at a Peruvian restaurant, well-known in that marvelous foodie capital.
