Hi,
I have calphalon and korean ceramic marble pots. (http://www.amazon.com/Ceramic-Marble-Coated-Aluminium-inches/dp/B004EVVKCS) -- Tonight we bought a couple pounds of mussels and are wondering if it's a bad idea to cook them in these pots. Will the enamel from the shellfish hurt the pots?

Thanks,
fotoflo
