Michael, in your recipe and discussion on Dulce de leche, you said you would be posting instructions for making sweetened condensed milk. I have looked and looked and cannot find where that ever was posted.

Have tried recipes from others which contain dried milk and this has been horrible and fake-tasting. Seems to me like you could just use evaporated milk and cook it with sugar, but if you have already got this figured out I do not need to re-invent a methodology and figure out proportions.

Recently discovered your website, and there isso much to love here!

I think I dropped the ball here... the dulce de leche article was one of the last articles I wrote before becoming unbelievably busy. It's been pretty hard to find time to squeeze in some writing during the last year and half. I'll try to dig up my notes on sweetened condensed milk, but I moved twice last year (from CA to TX and then from Kyle, TX to Austin, TX) so finding stuff is not so easy right now.
