Hello, and a thank you!

As a person who occasionally screws up cereal (milk to crunchiness ratio), and has eaten perhaps a dozen self cooked recipes in his entire adult life (I travel, a LOT), joining and using the site is an attempt to redeem myself in the eyes of the Food Network.

Came across this info on a study that posits cooking veggies via microwave can actually raise antioxidant levels, so in a flyby post, I offer it.

Nuclear? Why put something nuclear on it when you talk about microwave. And I don't think that cooking veggies via microwave can raise anti oxidant lvl. I don't know about that... Unsure
