Laughing Out Loud Don't laugh, please! You heard me right, darling! This is a very simple recipe which is just right for that Halloween's scary foods. Gently place a dozen of eggs, or lots of quail eggs in a saucepan. Pour cold water in to just reach the surface of eggs. Add 4,5 tea bags. Bring water to the boil and boil for 5 minutes. Fish the eggs out. Hold egg on kitchen towel and gently tap it with a spoon all over just to slightly crack the shell, but not to break the egg. Return eggs to tea water and boil for 10 minutes so the tea color can seep into the cracks. Leave eggs to cool down in tea water, then shell them to reveal a beautiful marble effect. Line a serving dish with a few lettuce leaves, pile eggs on top. Serve with a mixture of salt and pepper. Happy Halloween!

For colorful marble effects, use food colors instead of tea bags.
