Sometimes my zucchini goes limp. ( cough ). Usually I just put it in the trash can as I dont know what to do with it. Any idea how to 'sex up' my limp zucchini would be much appreciated.

Well, Syd, I am very sorry to hear about your limpy Zucchini. But, despair no more, babe! Help is at hand here! (cough). Of course, we can sex up your limpy Zucchini together, hon! Easy peasy!
Slice your Zucchini crosswise thinly; mind the k...., I mean the stalk. Beat 3 eggs, some salt and a pinch of ground pepper. Fry some crushed garlic (or onion) in little cooking oil. Pour egg mixture in all over frying pan. Scatter Zucchini slices all over egg. When bottom is set, fold over into half. Cook further for 1 minute on each side.
