Recently, I have become aware of Pineau. It was so delicious in the recipe by Paula Wolfert [braised leeks, baked with filets of fish nestled in between, sea scallops, and mussels - to die for], that I wonder if anyone has a side dish of some kind where Pineau would be wonderful as well.

BTW, Michael, your solution of using low sodium broth in my too-salty cassoulet turned the trick!
