Ingredients
3 medium size beets cocked and shredded
2 medium size carrots cooked and shredded
4-5 medium size potatoes chopped in1inch cubes
1 medium size onion chopped
1/2 medium size fresh white cabbage shredded
1Granny Smith apple shredded
6-8 cloves garlic chopped
1,5 table spoon Prodravka (Vegeta recommended)
0.5 table spoon salt
1,5 table spoon sugar
6-8 whole Allspice
8-10 whole black pepper
3 bay leaves
1.5 table spoon parsley
1 table spoon dill
1 tea spoon Dijon mustard (Maille recommended)
18 OZ Tomato & roasted garlic sauce (Newman’s Own or Francesco Rinaldi recommended)
7 OZ barbecue sauce (Sweet baby Ray’s recommended)
2-3 fresh green onions chopped
3 cooked your favorite sausages chopped (optional)

Timing
Preparation time: 25 min
Cooking time: 90 min

Directions
Boil in one pot beets for 60 min and carrots for 20 min. Cool and shred. Shred cabbage, apple. Chopped onion and green onion. Slice potatoes.

Place potatoes in 6 QT pot and cover 2/3 with water. Bring to boil, simmer for 10 min, Add all spices, Prodravka, salt, sugar, cabbage, onion, beets, carrots, sauces and mustard. Cook another 10min and add garlic, green onion, and sausages cook 3 more min.

Serve hot with sour cream.
