Any celebrations planned? What are you cooking/eating
tonight? Will it be a bar-b-cue, or might it be a special meal
with family & friends? I'm guessing it won't be turkey!

I didn't do anything yesterday (actually had a chili dog at a shop in the mall for dinner - was planning on doing something nicer but we got hungry), but I did three different spare ribs today (took pictures for an old oven baked spare ribs recipe that I've had on the site for four years without photos) - oven baked teriyaki, oven baked hickory smoke bbq sauce, and smoked in a barbecue. The smoked one was the best one.
