I'm Italian, I'm a teacher and one of my hobbies is cooking.
I cook meals in a traditional way and also using a very genial Robot, BIMBY in Italy, THERMOMIX abroad.
Do you Know it?
I like also using computer and so I created a forum and a website together with a friend where you can find every kind of Italian meals.
I'd like if someone would come and see it.
Thank you very much and see you soon.

Hello Miriam. I was wondering if you knew of a blender or food processor with a vacuum feature so that when you blend or chop or mince food, it doen not oxidize.
