Any chemists out there? I'm looking for a device that can measure or detect the presence of Propanthial S-Oxide or whatever causes you to cry when chopping onions. This can either be a device that detects the presence of increased particulate matter in the air or a piece of paper or something that reacts to the prescence of the chemicals in onion fumes.

Anyone heard of such a thing?
