Anyone have some good scrapple recipes?

I am forever tyring to make the better scrapple as my Grandmother used to.....however i have no recipe other then those I have gleaned of the internet. All of which I have had problems getting it to a slicable loaf consistancy......., I'm wondering if it's because there's not enough fat.

Near the Amish area of Pennsylvania (which is now probably a new subdivision with fast food and fast coffee galore...but that's another rant). I seem to remember scrapple having cornmeal and a beaten egg in it to give it the "loaf-y" consistency. Haven't seen your recipe though, so you may already have these ingredients.
