Bagel Pizza:

very simple recipe:

need:
cheese bagels
prego tomato sauce
cloves of garlic
butter
cheese - cheddar/pepperjack/mozarella
steak (actually, any meat of your choice)
mushrooms

1) cut bagels and spread thin layer of butter on them.
2) place them in oven and heat till the butter melts.
3) take the warm bagels out and spread prego sauce on them
4) warm up your diced meat on a skillet or pan
5) place the meat on top of the sauce
6) place shredded cheeses and mushrooms on top of the meat and sauce.
7) place back in oven and heat till the cheese starts to slightly bubble.

this is such a novice recipe, but i thought it tasted decent.

Change two things about this:

(1) Use hoagie buns or leftover french bread instead of bagels
(2) Use Ragu pizza quick sauce instead of prego

and you've found one of my nine-year old son's favorite meals!

I just use an english muffin instead of a bagel. I also use whatever tomato sauce I have on hand. I just slide it into the toaster oven and eat.
