This is a really good recipe for grilled tuna modified from the recipe on Good Eats.

1 pound tuna loin
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup wasabi powder
2 Tbsp honey
Sesame seeds

Combine soy sauce, wasabi powder, and honey and pour into a zip-top bag. Reserve 1/4 cup for dipping.
Cut tuna into blocks and put in the bag, put the bag in a dish, and put that in the fridge for one hour.

When the tuna is done marinating, put the sesame seeds on a plate and cover the tuna on four sides with sesame seeds.

Fire up the grill, and grill the tuna for thirty seconds on each of the four sides. Evacuate from the grill and eat.
