When eating barbeque/grilled food - always taking it with zucchini ('timun' in Malay) (scientific name - Cucumis sativus) as it is anti-carcinogen (carcinogen-substance or agent causing cancer). When you overcook your food it will turn to black (oxidised). By consuming this means you are consuming 'carbon'. Carbon has carcinogen.

Live healty. Cheers. Big smile

I really don't see how this gadget is supposed to keep you from burning food. It's not a bad idea in terms of a really large skewer, but it lacks the appeal of individual skewers and if you have a hotspot in your grill (and most grills do) than you may very well be defeating the purpose.

What is JamesW thinking? This country thrives on burnt hot dogs. Nice firey taste of the fire and smoke and nice char marks. That's what we want, we need. What's a dog without char marks? If he is talking about his pet dog , maybe not burn it. Big smile I love this.
