I have one bottle of good wine (1998 Chateau Margaux) that I'd like to keep around for 15 years or so until it's mature. The rest of my "collection" is not worth keeping for any length of time, and I'm not really interested in accumulating more bottles to make up a "cellar." So, any ideas on the best way to store a single bottle without investing in a wine fridge or so on? Is it OK to keep it in the house where temperatures may fluctuate (the basement can get 55 in the winter, the kitchen can be 80 in the summer, etc.)?
