New Oven Woes

Help! My new oven only goes as low as 300 degrees, then the gas will turn off if I try to go lower. Any ideas for how to achieve 200 degrees? Keep cracking the oven door every 10 minutes? Using thermometer to keep monitoring it for 200 degrees? Thanks for the advice!

check the manual for min and max settings.

gas burners requires a minimum amount of gas and air to remain lit - it may be the case on your model that produces enough heat to make 300'

if it is supposed to go lower, but does not - you should have a professional look at it - fooling with gas is not a good DIY project.

Hello.
To overcome the language barrier, perhaps you could understand what they were made of, so that we can understand what they made of themselves.
thanks for your links.

Setting the temperature and time manually is the secret recipe when cooking because in between you will have the chance to check what you're cooking. You can also control and override it immediately when it gets wrong.
