Hi all. We just installed a Bosch speed oven. It only has 9 presets, but my understanding is that you can use those to cook other things as well through trial and error. I'm starting this thread in the hope that people who have a Bosch speed oven will share what they've learned so we can all help each other. I'm even interested in really basic things - like is there a way to use the speed function to cook a frozen pizza faster?

there are multiple "models" / sizes of Bosch's Speed Oven.

but basically the nine "presets" are microwave power levels from 10% to 100%
which , , , pretty much any microwave offers in one way or another.

it is a "convection" oven. convection ovens are nothing more that standard ovens with a fan to boost the circulation of heated air.
it adds the ability to simultaneously use microwaves while hot-air-cooking the stuff inside.
