Do you agree that fruit juices rich in Vitamin C such as lemonade help in fighting Covid-19?
Any suggestion on other fruit juices? Much appreciated guys. Thanks |

I do agree. Vitamin C helps our immune system to combat not only Covid but other sickness too.
Do you take supplements in fighting Covid 19? |

| I think there is no particular juice to combat Covid 19. Just take 1000gms of Vitamin C 3x a day and use coconut oil in cooking. I got this recommendation from a doctor. |
