this is one of the most useful websites I have ever seen!!! all this information, it is SUPER DUPER useful for geniuses and everybody else! I REALLY REALLY REALLY like how this says a lot of stuff about heat capacity and thermal conductivity and all that other cool, awesome information packed into this go-to for cooks and future cooks!!
