Hey guys, i've been missing the Spanish Iberian Ham for a while so i bought this one from a spanish shop i met at my visit to Madrid a few weeks ago and it was freakin delicious. Have you ever tried it? Any experience youd like to share? The Serrano Ham is kinda good but it can't be compared at all with the iberian, check this, its amazing the amount of work and care the put in the pigs to get the best hams: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jam%C3%B3n_ib%C3%A9rico
