I called the manufacturer Health Craft / the pot had a lifetime warranty
the handles are breaking off.
I spoke to customer service they are giving me 2.50 off each handles by the time i replace a pot with 2 handles it will cost me 30.00 with shipping. I feel its pretty expensive to fix them.

unfortunately most of the stuff hawked at fairs / conventions / expos / etc is not especially good quality but is seriously over-priced.

I recommend putting the $30 to a decent stainless with metal riveted handles - don't go for the "waterless" nonsense.
