Hi - I just bought my husband what I thought was a rolled steel wok. It cam as an Anodized steel wok. What's the deal. We use cast iron and carbon steel for almost all of our cooking. What does the anodizing process do the the taste of the food, seasoning of the pan, and how the heck do I get it off. Thinking it might be easier to return the pan and go to H-mart and get the real thing.
