Can anyone recommend a good brand for a hand-held rotary grater? Took me forever to grate some Parmesan last night and I think I'd use it for more than just cheese.
(Don't have the right blade for the Cuisinart, and I think a hand-held would be more, ahem, handy) |

I've been watching with interest.....
fresh grated (any number of cheese types) beats the living daylights out of the packaged stuff.
for two, I've managed with a decent OXO box grater, but having seen the crank types, I could go there . . . . |

Me too! I'm going downtown today, so will stop by Sur leTable (never knew the original store was here n Seattle!) and see what they recommend. Either that, or I'll blow $30.00 on a blade for the Cuisinart. |
