LOL... couldn't resist the thread for Microwave French Fries... after reading, I thought of generally the same thing: Microwave potatoes till they begin to soften, then fry. I do it all the time.
Great Variation: Fry about 2 or 3 pieces of bacon with some garlic and chopped onion in the pan. Take out the bacon, chop finely, return to the pan. slice your almost cooked potatoes into smaller cubes and fry in the bacon grease! YUM!!
Not the healthiest meal, but sinfully tasty! |
