Has anyone tried using the standing rib roast cooking technique (low and slow) for a leg of lamb? The standing rib roast slow cook method works so fantastically well (I've used it many times with nothing short of fabulous results), that I was thinking that the same treatment would also work well with a leg of lamb seeing as how their internal cooking temperatures to medium rare, medium etc. are similar. Anyone have any thoughts or experience on this subject? Thanks!

The slow roasting technique works on a leg of lamb just as well as on a rib roast.
