Does anyone have some good Dip recipe's, i'm a bit tired of using the stuff we buy at craftfairs. It's getting old after a while.

One of my favorites is this hot chili-cheese dip. Very easy to make. So easy that my version of the recipe is pretty non-specific.

Start with one large can of Chili con carne, no beans, in a crockpot. Add 1 can beef tamales mashed with a fork. Add about a half block of Velveeta cheese and mix while heating. Add a few tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce (to taste). When it's all nice and hot, dip with Frito scoops, or corn chips of your preference.

First post, just found the site. I'll try to get my Cheesecake recipe up next.

Cheesy Beer Dip. Watch out because it is VERY addictive. We can't have a work function without at least one person bringing this dip and it's usually gone in minutes.

roast abour four large red capsicums until skin is blackened and you can pull the skin off. Blend in a food processor with about a cup of good olive oil, four garlic cloves, two table spoons of corriander seeds, one table spoon of cummin seeds both dry, two teaspoons of chilli flakes and a tablespoon of salt. if the mix looks too dry for a dip add more oil. Let sit in the fridge for a day so that the spices can rehydrate. Serve with crackers and a pallet knife to spread it on with. this is delicious put on top of a bbq'd steak.

7 Layer Mexican DIP...

The trick to keeping the dip from being runny is to drain and (in some
cases) pat dry with paper towels everything.

Layer 1:
- 2 large cans bean dip (preferrably Frito Lay)
- drain any water from cans and spread on bottom of a rectangular cake dish

Layer 2:
- 3 avocados peeled and crushed
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- A sprinkling of garlic salt
- mix 3 ingredients well and spread over bean dip

Layer 3:
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- mix well and spread over avocado layer

Layer 4:
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
- spread over sour cream layer

Layer 5:
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced, seeds removed, patted dry on paper towels, and diced
- spread over onions

Layer 6:
- small can sliced black olives, drained, patted dry, and chopped spread over tomatoes

Layer 7:
- 4-8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
- spread over black olives

Artichoke Dip

8 ounces cream cheese
12 ounces mozzarella cheese; shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 small onion; finely chopped
2 cloves garlic; finely chopped
2 small jars marinated artichoke hearts; drain well
2 bags pita bread or crakers or bread or vegetables

If using pita bread, cut into chip size triangles, separate and bake on a cookie sheet until crispy (approx. 5 minutes).

Tear artichokes apart with your fingers. Combine all other ingredients and mix well. Bake in a uncovered casserole dish for approx. 30 minutes at 350F or until bubbly. Serve hot out of the oven.

Alternatively, heat in microwave oven for 3 to 5 minutes until hot – stir mixture every 2 minutes.

Enjoy!

Ingredients
1 (8-oz) package light California Dairy cream cheese, softened
1 (1-oz) packet dry ranch dip mix
½ Tbsp. taco seasoning
1 (16-oz) container California Milk sour cream (I used reduced fat)
1 (15.25-oz) can corn, drained well
1 (15-oz) can low-sodium black beans, drained and rinsed well
½ c. California Milk cheddar cheese
4 green onions, sliced thin

Instructions

In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, ranch mix and taco seasoning until smooth.
Add in sour cream and beat to combine.
With a spoon, fold in corn, black beans, cheese and green onions.
Eat right away with chips or refrigerate to let the flavors blend together. Enjoy!

I just saw this post from the web.
