I love fresh salsa or pico de gallo, or whatever you want to call it.

Problem is that when I make a batch it seems to separate and I'm too lazy to stir every time I want to use it.

Found a store-bought brand I like, Chachies, and it has the same minimal ingredients I use plus the addition of xantham gum, a thickening agent.

Anyone know of a source for this, and/or other commercial food ingredients, in small quantities?

check out the "natural foods" or "organic" aisle - often appears there as it is sometimes used in gluten free products.

or a health food store (GNC and the like)
