I just wonder how many forum posters are actual "engineers"?

While I myself am not an engineer I am related to many engineers and it's hard not to retain some knowledge from them. I lack the patience for the formulas but I understand the concepts, and I love to experiment especially if I can eat it. So technically I am connected to the engineering field while not myself being an engineer.

My father was an industrial chemist which means he used to bring big bags of stuff home to play with. I watched & eventually followed in his footsteps, kind of.

I'm self taught which means I've ruined, broken, bent, split, melted & set fire to loads of stuff that no one knows about... they only see the stuff that worked. It's great Smile
