I am trying to find recipies that serve one or two people. My boyfriend and I live alone and there is always food left over. Please let me know. |

Hey SCC,
This may be a rather simplistic response, but just cut a recipe in half or with many items (stews, soups, baked goods, etc.) just freeze the leftovers in dinner sized portions - make sure to label and date the contents. Or, make something one night that you can use the leftovers the next day for lunch or dinner. For example, when grilling a steak or chicken, use the leftovers the next day for a grilled steak/chicken salad.

Oven cooked baked potatos are always good, especially with different toppings. Very cheap too.
See how to make one here. It's worth the wait. |
