Little add on to Islander's mention. When looking for an oven's lowest possible setting, there are 3 possabilities. Program for cooking, program for warming and program for proofing. Units with warming capability vary from one unit to another. Some have pre-sets starting at 150, others allow you to punch in any temp you want. Below that would be the setting for proofing. Proofing is used to activate yeast (i.e. rising dough). |
