Hi there,
Does anyone know if Nicholas Kurti had a tv program ?, also did he wrote any books?. If anyone know could you please let me know, thanks.
Also does anyone know any food science tv programs, that I can download or buy, apart from 'Kitchen chemistry', 'In search of perfection' and 'Good eats', any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
