Does anoybody know what the non-stock coating on the Cuisinart Griddler GR-4 is? I hear they're anondizing sufaces these days instead of using teflon or or plastic coatings, but I can't figure out what's on the griddler plates.

From what I can tell from the Cuisinart website they use something called Quantanium on their pans, so I can only assume they use the same thing on the Griddler plates.
