Mutton Rogan Josh or Gosht Rogan Josh is Purely Nawabi. A rich food of the Emperors. Indian Food Recipes has been recreated time and again to suit every palate. There is no Indian restaurant in world that does not serve this delicasy.

Ingredients
Mutton with bones - 1/2 Kg
Water - 3 cup
Mustard oil - 6 tablespoon
Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
Curd/yoghurt - 1/2 cup
Aniseed powder - 1 teaspoon
Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida - 1/6 teaspoon
Cloves - 6 no's
Cardamom - 4 no's
Bay leaves - 2 no's
salt to taste

Method
Heat the mustard oil in a pan and fry the mutton pieces till brown. Add the chilli powder and curd and fry again for 10 more minutes. Add water, cover and cook for about 30 minutes, add all the remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes again. Enjoy the hot mutton roganjosh with rice preparations.
